Our systems may log IP address, browser user agent, request time, error and security events, and basic service diagnostics. The browser stores language, theme, and wallet-disconnect preferences locally on your device.
Support information
If you contact us, we process the details you choose to provide, such as your email or Telegram identity, order ID, transaction hash, and message history.

- Create, match, fulfill, and troubleshoot energy-rental orders.
- Check public address activity and payment transactions on TRON.
- Route orders to configured energy providers and confirm fulfillment.

5. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, and dispute resolution. Pending order records are configured for automated deletion one week after expiry; completed or operational records may be retained longer when needed for order history, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Local browser preferences remain until you clear them.

Blockchain records cannot generally be altered or deleted.
