1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using trxhi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited by applicable law.
2. What trxhi provides
trxhi offers time-limited delegation of TRON energy to a public address. It is not a bank, exchange, wallet custodian, investment service, or financial adviser. We do not take custody of your private keys or control transactions signed by your wallet.
Availability, packages, duration, pricing, providers, and estimated delegation times may change. Information displayed on the site is operational information, not a guarantee of network conditions or future savings.
3. Orders and payment
- You must verify the recipient address, energy amount, duration, platform payment address, and exact TRX amount before paying.
- An order is fulfilled only after the system identifies the required payment and a provider successfully delegates energy.
- Payments with the wrong amount, asset, network, address, or after expiration may be delayed, unmatched, or unrecoverable.
- Energy begins being useful when delegation is confirmed on-chain. The rental duration and resource return are governed by TRON and the fulfillment arrangement.
- Blockchain fees, confirmation times, contract behavior, and wallet functionality are outside our direct control.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use a compatible TRON address, keep your wallet secure, comply with applicable laws, and avoid fraud, abuse, attacks, automated disruption, or attempts to bypass service limits. You must never send us a seed phrase or private key.
You are responsible for determining how much energy your intended transaction may consume. A common estimate is not a guarantee because contract state and recipient activity can change usage.
5. Failed fulfillment and support
If a confirmed payment is matched but energy is not delivered, contact [email protected] promptly with the order ID and transaction hash. We will investigate provider and on-chain records. Where a refund is appropriate, it may require verification and blockchain processing time. Network fees and losses caused by incorrect user-supplied details may be non-refundable.
6. Blockchain and third-party risk
TRON, wallet extensions, RPC and data providers, energy suppliers, and other external systems can be delayed, unavailable, compromised, or changed without our control. Digital assets can fluctuate in value. You use the service with an understanding of these risks.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular transaction saving, or compatibility with every contract or wallet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, trxhi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses. Any aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.
8. Suspension and changes
We may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the platform; comply with law; or respond to misuse. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
